I loved 2 nights there. Everything was great, stunning location very close to the viewing platform at the top of the pyramid, really nice experience. The rooms were spotless and unique as for me. The view of the sunset on the Mississippi river in the evening was nice.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place was perfect - it was close to all the downtown attractions and they even provided a convenient shuttle service. The rooms were large, clean, and unique, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had blackout curtains, so sleeping was amazing. The staff were all amazing and provided excellent service, from the friendly reception desk to the attentive waitstaff at the on-site restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff was very amiable, the room was nicely decorated and brand-new with a balcony overlooking the store. There were a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a writing desk. The location was unbeatable and amazing for traveling around Memphis, just off the current markets and the beautiful aquarium.

Exquisite a double room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Had magnificent location close to the attractions, next to Memphis Cook Convention Center. And so close to Lincoln logs for the kids to play and the Big Cypress and the current markets and struggles people are having.

I liked friendly professional and fabulously helpful hotel staff at the other waiter. The room was a nice size and well-equipped and also had a spa bathtub.

There were uncomfortable beds in our room.

Magnificent location for visiting an oceanarium and a zoo. 12 miles from Memphis International airport. Reasonably priced food, pleasant staff at the other waiter.

The room was impeccably clean with the fresh baked cookies and a king size bed, for instance, loved it. The location of the hotel was particularly good and magnificent - at a medium distance from a massive sports stadium.

Personnel was friendly professional and outstandingly helpful!

Had a magnificent stay for our vacation and would like to come again. By and large, it was fabulous base for sightseeing in Memphis, had much fun. The room was brand-new & beautifully decorated with a balcony overlooking bass pro.
